This entire official website of TPWS Nawabshah was designed, developed, and maintained by Qonkar Technologies to ensure public transparency, donor engagement, and worldwide community outreach.
Two operational modes, connected physical laboratory machines, and safe offline reconciliation.
Laptops operate fully offline in remote Sindh areas with local SQLite. Donors are screened, DINs issued, bleeding time tracked, and transfer batches sealed with departure temperature.
Hosts all 14 departments on an enterprise PostgreSQL database. Unifies the patient record under a single permanent MR Number from Reception through Lab, Pharmacy, Wards, and Blood Bank.
Cobas, Maglumi, and Hematology machines feed directly into Homalix via HL7 v2.x (MLLP) & ASTM E1394. Results auto-populate with zero human transcription errors.

Multi-generation visual family tree mapping to detect consanguineous marriage risk, plus complete Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) prenatal diagnostic workflow.

Role-based access (RBAC), biometric employee attendance, Pakistani income tax & EOBI payroll calculation, live HOD compliance reporting, and immutable audit logs.
Safety rules are enforced by code in Homalix — unsafe units are mechanically blocked from issuance.
HIV, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, and Malaria. Any reactive result permanently discards the donation.
Component separation must finish within 8 hours of bleed time, strictly monitored by code.
Immediate spin, 37°C incubation, and AHG phases tested and confirmed before red-cell release.
Donation numbers can never run backward or be duplicated, tracked safely at database level.
